My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms didn’t seem properly cleaned, and there was a musty smell like cigarettes inside. However, they did have all the conveniences needed for a family stay. The service was friendly but a bit distracted at times, especially during breakfast. The location was perfect with beautiful views but a bit challenging to navigate with a stroller in the hallways. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel had a convenient location and good amenities overall.

The hotel rooms were nice and large enough for us, without being too expensive, allowing us to enjoy the rest of the Dells without breaking the bank. However, the service needs some updates and the dining experience was weak. The location, while very close to everything, felt a little outdated and not as clean as expected.

The hotel had a decent room setup with a king bed, pullout sofa, kitchenette, and Jacuzzi tub in the main area, while a separate room had 2 queen beds, feeling like a basement. I found it very clean, and the two pools were a plus, but the location seemed a bit strange for comfort.
